Spa Hours

We are open Tuesday - Thursday from 9:00am – 7:00pm, Friday - Saturday from 9:00am - 5:00pm and Sunday from Noon - 6:00pm.  We are closed on Monday.

Your experience with Spa at HealthRidge begins when you schedule your appointment. We will make every effort to ensure you receive your preferred appointment time. Your health and safety are important to us at Spa at HealthRidge. Please inform us when you schedule your appointment if you have certain health conditions such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, heart ailments or any condition that may be affected by heat therapies, massage or skin care. All services will be guaranteed with a credit card at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may need to cancel and we simply request at least 24 hours notice. If notice is not provided or if there is a no-show on the day of appointment, a service charge will be posted to the credit card.

Make Note

Some treatments at Spa at HealthRidge will require special preperation. For facials, we ask that you remove contact lenses and that all men shave prior to your service. We advise that you do not shave prior to and after exfoliation treatments. Some treatments may not be performed on sunburned skin. In addition, we discourage any alcohol consumption before spa services.

Prenatal Policy

We advise you to seek the consent of your doctor prior to receiving any spa treatments while pregnant. Please remember that Spa at HealthRidge will not use aromatherapy oils during the prenatal massage and we will not perform body treatments during your pregnancy.

For Your Comfot

We strive to provide you with the highest level of service from the moment you arrive at Spa at HealthRidge. We invite you to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. (You may add lunch or a fresh fruit plate fuirt plate for the Healthy Living Cafe to any spa package for a nominal fee. Just inform the receptionist at check-in.) After you check-in, you will visit the changing room where you will have access to secure lockers, vanity amenities, showers and towels. You will slip into a luxurious spa robe and slippers before entering our Relaxation Lounge where you will experience a little peace and quiet while enjoying a refreshing beverage before your service begins.

Your therapist will greet you in the Relaxation Lounge, ask any pertinent questions before your services and they will ensure you are properly covered during the treatment(s). As a courtesy to the next guest, treatments will end on time regardless of whether they began late due to tardy arrival.

Gratuities

We do not include gratuities in the price of our spa services. At checkout, our Spa Receptionist can process gratuities along with your payment for services

A relaxing spa experience is important for all our guests. Therefore, we do not permit pagers, cell phones or smoking anywhere at HealthRidge. Guests must be at least 13 years old, and guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. You may use our child care services at $5 per hour, with a maximum of 2 hours; an appointment is necessary at the time of booking and our Spa Receptionist can make arrangements for you.

Gift Certificates are available for any dollar amount.

Parties

Spa at HealthRidge is the perfecdt place to host your private party. Custom Wedding Party and Private Group packages are available by reservation.  Please contact our Spa Director for prices and information.
