Specialization
Four years of experience and 5000+ personal training sessions have allowed me to gain experience working with an eclectic array of clients -- weight loss, muscle gain, post-rehab, pre-surgery, high school and college athletes, and triathletes included. If you have a goal, I can get you to it.
Philosophy
I believe working out should be fun. Doing the same thing over and over is monotonous and an ineffective way to reach your goal. Each person's exercise program should be tailored specifically for their wants, needs and goals based on their current level of fitness. A workout should be challenging, progressive, fun and rewarding, all at the same time. For me, personal training is about educating my client on what it takes to reach their goal, and then getting them there. It is of the utmost importance to exceed my client's original expectations and take them beyond their goals.

Specialization
Everyone has something they want to improve in their fitness program. I specialize in creating unique Functional Training programs that are conducive to anyone, regardless of their current fitness level.
Philosophy
To see results you have never seen, you must do something you have never done. When many people come to the club, they do what is comfortable, whether it is taking them in the right direction or not. Everyone's workout should include variety. I challenge people to stray from their normal, never-changing routine, and participate ina functional training program that is constantly changing to elicit continual results. Functional training can get anyone to their goal since it is adaptable and applicable to everyone. I take a break from the mundane and cliche workout programs you may already know and familiarize you with a variety of exciting and inventive workouts to keep you progressing to your fitness goals.
