| I love the class, and it sets me up well to have a good day of work and evening with the family. The best part is the variety of exercises across the workouts. Makes it fun and keeps you on your toes because you just never know what’s coming next. James N. |

| I would recommend Boot Camp to anyone at the club who wants to have fun exercising with great people and at the same time be able to see results from their workouts. It is an overall positive experience to physically challenge myself in such a supportive atmosphere! Lori M. |

| I have to admit I was a little skeptical about something entitled "Boot Camp". I envisioned a lot of yelling and not the most nurturing environment. However, since day one of class, I have been nothing but thrilled with the program. It's a wonderfully supportive atmosphere. I am pushed, but not to the point of injury or strain. And when class is over, I feel awesome (and very sweaty)!! I have learned many new exercises that have stirred muscles I didn't know I had! I look forward to every class! I joined Boot Camp because I needed a jump start into fitness. I had been pushing the snooze button on health for too long. Boot Camp was my way of forcing me to start and I knew that if someone was counting on me being there then I knew I would go. The workout variety is my favorite. Every class is different and you never know what to expect, which keeps it fresh and exciting. Plus the feeling of accomplishment when you improve on all the tests, as well as the realization that you are improving daily and can do more and more as the weeks pass...is amazing!! Health Ridge’s Boot Camp is honestly the best gift I have given myself. It is motivating, stimulating and challenging. I receive dedicated personal instruction – I couldn’t ask for anything more in an exercise program. You need to do this for yourself. Leesa G. |

I've shown up for pre-dawn workouts nearly every weekday morning since opening day at HealthRidge. I had tried just about every fitness class offered before joining Paul's six-week boot camp in August. Hands down, boot camp tops my list of favorites because it offers a great workout and it's fun. I enjoyed the wide range of activities, the fitness expertise of the instructor and the sense of camaraderie among the group. I was pushed to reach my personal limits but never shoved beyond my capabilities. At the end of six weeks, I was amazed at how many pushups I could pump out in an hour as well as the overall increase in my upper body strength. Frankly, I didn't want the class to end. Sheri P. |
