At HealthRidge Fitness Center, our personal training professionals are dedicated to bringing you success in your health and fitness goals.   Each of our Exercise Physiologists are degreed and certified enabling them to prescribe a fitness regimen for your specific needs.   The success of your personal training relationship depends on your honesty and commitment to the program. 

ONE ON ONE TRAINING

  • 6, 12, or 20 Session Packages

     

SMALL GROUP TRAINING (for 3 – 6 individuals)

  • 6 Week Program – 2x/week
  • 6 Week Program – 3x/week

     

You can add our Fit & Healthy Nutritional Consultation to any training regimen.
